Privacy
FaithFrame privacy notice · Updated October 4, 2026. This notice describes what we collect when you shop with us.
FaithFrame and privacy questions
FaithFrame is Christopher Carter’s Texas-based personal brand. Contact Christopher Carter at chris@howdycarter.com with privacy questions or requests about your information.
When you order
When you use checkout, Stripe collects the contact, delivery and payment information needed to process the payment. FaithFrame can access the information needed for order support and fulfillment through its authenticated Stripe account; the storefront does not store full payment-card details. When an order is approved for production, the delivery details needed to make and ship it may be shared with our production and fulfillment partners, including Printify, and carriers. Payment starts a manual order review and does not automatically submit a production order.
Your bag and preferences
We store selected product IDs, variant IDs and quantities in your browser to keep your bag between visits. Removing bag items clears those selections; you can also clear site storage in your browser. Your optional analytics choice is stored locally for up to 180 days.
Optional Google Analytics
We ask before loading Google Analytics. If you allow it, Google receives pseudonymous browser identifiers and information about visits, product views and bag actions, along with technical browser information such as IP address when a connection is made. We use the reports to understand storefront performance and improve the shopping experience. Our event code omits names, email addresses, addresses, payment details, search text and URL query strings. We keep Google Signals and advertising personalization off and do not build remarketing audiences or use session replay. Google describes its processing at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Data retention
We keep order records for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. If you email us, we keep your message so we can respond. You may contact chris@howdycarter.com to ask about access, correction or deletion of information associated with you. Available rights depend on your circumstances and applicable law; we may need to verify a request before acting.
Hosting and service providers
Vercel hosts the website and processes technical requests to deliver and secure it. Stripe processes payments. Printify prints and ships orders. The Neon database stores the product catalog and commerce records, including order references, selected products, amounts and payment-status receipts. Service providers may process information in countries other than yours. This store does not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
