Returns & exchanges

We want you to love your FaithFrame garment. If something is not right, here is how returns work.

Return window

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Email chris@howdycarter.com with your order reference and photos of the item. We will confirm the return and give you the return address.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the error is ours (wrong item, damaged, or misprinted) — then we cover it in full.

Wrong item, damaged, or misprinted? We replace or refund in full. Send photos within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right quickly.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.

We process exchanges as a return plus a new order, so you get the right size faster.

These instructions do not exclude or reduce rights you may have under applicable law.
